A Philosophy of Ministry

The most important way a pastor can nurture growth and develop ministry is by equipping others to lead. Philosophically, a pastor, believes his primary responsibility is to serve the church as an equipper. As an equipper-leader, his role is to provide vision, teaching, and encouragement to those who share in the life of the church.
